Urban Pine Plumbing & Mechanical

Our water heater started leaking and Urban Pine Plumbing & Mechanical was the provider sent to install a new one; Abraham was the plumber who did the work. He arrived within the designated window (both times on the early end of the window), explained everything well, was pleasant and polite, and did a quality job. I especially appreciated how clean he was, laying down coverings as he removed the old water heater through our basement, up our stairs, and out through our front door. It has now been a week since the install and everything is working well. We would use Urban Pine again.

Abraham did an excellent job installing a new water heater. He explained the process before getting started and then walked through everything when completed. I definitely recommend these guys! Plus my dog loves them

Needed a new water heater. Wanted gas, but our plumbing wasn't up to code so they recommended electric. Got that installed (after several self-caused delays) today in fine order. Plumbers were pleasant and courteous and easy to work with. Recommended.

Used urban through Center Point to replace a hot water heater. Would have gotten 5 stars but their dispatch put them down for 1/2 hour and it was more of an hour until the guys got here. Once the crew was here, they're quick to get to the unit and remove it bring in the new one. Install it adjust the flume to vent better, clean up and we're on their way. They were detailed in making sure not to track any extra dirt in as they had to go over carpeting and stairs with carpeting, they laid down tarps. Their lead man went over everything to make sure I understood and was very professional

My water heater needed to be replaced due to a leak. I called CenterPoint Energy because I purchased the House Service Plus and they sent Urban Pine Plumbing whom they contracted with next day to come install a new water heater. The technicians were on time and very friendly and informative. He also provided me with information on what kind of roof cover to get. I was pleased with how fast they got the water heater replaced. Would highly recommend them for plumbing issues.

Excellent service. They came and replaced my leaking water heater in about 1 hour. Great customer service and the plumbers were professional, courtesy and friendly. I would definitely hire them again.
